Thursday, July 30
- 6:00pm: Convene and mingle at the hotel for supper together or in groups
- 8:30pm: Brief presentation and discussion (at hotel) of field site options

Friday, July 31
- 9:00am: Convene to duscuss field sites and outings
- 9:30am to whenever: Field outings

Saturday, August 1
- 7:30 am: Breakfast (bagels, muffins, coffee), short meeting, brief presentations
- 9:00 am: Discuss previous day's results and today's field outings
- 9:30 am: Group photo
- 9:45 am: Field outings
- 5-8 pm: Picnic supper at Kingston State Park. (Here are park directions.)
- 8pm: Evening Somatochlora hunting

Sunday, August 2
- 9:00 am: Discuss previous day's results and today's field outings
- 10:00am: Field outings
